After greeting the ranch workers, you will saddle up on a horse and head out off into the sunset, surrounded by only the beautiful Nevada desert. As the 1 ½ hour horseback ride concludes, it’s time to gather around the ranch campfire for Barbecue dinner, which includes a choice of chicken or steak, baked potato, salad, corn on the cob, apple pie, and a beverage. Following dinner, guests can relax beneath the open sky, watching the stars and listening to a Paiute tribe member tell stories about the long history of their tribe and surrounding desert.
