Enjoy an immersive dining experience and show at the Bellagio

Vegas offers its fair share of dinner theater experiences, but the latest addition from Bellagio takes the concept to a whole new level. The new Supper Club at the Bellagio has fully evolved the conce. Complete with live entertainment, surprise performances, a location overlooking the iconic Bellagio Fountains, The Mayfair Supper Club transports guests to a swinging prohibition-era jazz club to a late-night dance party, with cuisine intertwined.

"Supper clubs of the mid-1900s were the foundation for our country's best artists and cuisine, which The Mayfair celebrates and modernizes for the 20s of today," said MGM Resorts International President of Events and Nightlife Sean Christie in a statement. "Combined with spectacular entertainment overlooking unrivaled views of the Bellagio Fountains, The Mayfair delivers an experience that can't be found anywhere else in the world."

The experience all starts with the gorgeous space designed by London and New York-based Martin Brudnizki Design Studios. The space draws inspiration from the glamour of old Vegas and Hollywood, and The Mayfair's waterfront locale. Guests will step inside a world inspired by mythology with elements such as a statement bar with a sea-green Murano glass canopy, coral-inspired wall lights, scalloped-edge banquettes, and a ceramic shell wall.

Guests can dine on a menu that is as indulgent as the entertainment. Begin the evening with such appetizers as the Wagyu Handroll with Caviar layered with horseradish cream, tonkatsu sauce and a glittering gold leaf. Entrees include the Mishima Farms Wagyu Prime Rib, which is slow roasted for seven hours. End the dinner portion of the night with such whimsical delights as The CIGAR, an edible chocolate and hazelnut cigar showpiece that arrives hickory-smoked under a glass cloche.

The Mayfair’s cocktails are as thoughtfully curated as its food items. Sip on the Lemon Drop, topped with a citrus bubble. Or try one of four champagne cocktails like the Julep made with Hennessy VSOP, apple cider syrup, burnt cinnamon and mint.

Entertainment changes as the night and weeks go on, offering new experiences for guests each time they visit. Dinner service begins with a world-class pianist. Then as the night proceeds performances become more reminiscent of the showroom era of Las Vegas entertainment. The stage is taken over by Mayfair's lead vocalists and multi-piece band. As the evening continues, performances become more reminiscent of the rule-breaking era of prohibition supper clubs with every performer, bartender and waiter joining the production.

Sometimes you’re having so much fun you don’t want to leave. Now you don’t have to with Mayfair After Dark. Every Friday-Saturday from 11 p.m. – 3 a.m. diners can enjoy a unique brand of Vegas nightlife with live musical acts and performances. A late-night dinner menu keeps guests satisfied as the night rages on.

Every Sunday night, The Mayfair's band and vocalists perform original versions from the Great American Songbook during Jazz Sundays.

The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio Las Vegas is open Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. until midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. until 3 a.m.
