Pull out your sweaters and pumpkins because Fall has officially arrived

While summer is usually the favorite month amongst locals and visitors in Las Vegas, fall is a close second. Cooler weather, festivals, Halloween events and more, there is plenty to enjoy in the Entertainment Capital of the World in autumn. In fact, here are some fantastic ways to kick off the season:

Bellagio Gardens Fall Display
The Bellagio Gardens invites you to walk through the season change with its new fall display - Indian Summer. The gorgeous fall scene brings to life India’s culture, folklore and festivities with 45,000 flowers. The display features two 14-foot Asian elephants made from 20,000 pink and purple roses; two 25-foot tigers made from yellow lentils, red and black cargo rice and caraway seeds; a 28-foot enchanted talking tree, and much more. The gardens will run until November 30, 2019.

Wine & Food Experience
Celebrate fall with food during two foodie events at MGM Resorts. On October 26 the 10th Annual Aki Matsuri Japanese Festival will make its debut at The Park. This year’s event, presented by MGM Japan, will fuse Japanese music, live entertainment, art, and cuisine. Meanwhile, the Wine & Food Experience will debut for the second year at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. The culinary event features celebrated chefs, entertainers and industry leaders as well as tastings of premium spirits, fine wines, and craft beer.

Downtown Brew Festival
The iconic Downtown Brew Festival returns to the Clark County Amphitheater on October 19, 2019. The Brew Festival features over 65 attending breweries, 200 craft beers, culinary artists and live music acts.

And speaking of beer, celebrate fall with a traditional Oktoberfest in Downtown Las Vegas. Enjoy a large selection of bottomless beers, live entertainment, family friendly games and crafts.

Zombie Burlesque
For a little more frights to kick off fall check out Zombie Burlesque at V Theater at Planet Hollywood. Filled with zombies, blood, gore and some of the sexiest undead on the Strip, this show will give you some good frights as well as laughter.

Visit Goodsprings
If you really want to get into the Halloween spirit, head to the haunted town of Goodsprings. With the Goodsprings Ghost Hunt Tour you’ll visit the 1913 bar Pioneer Saloon, where you’ll hear about the area’s most famous ghost stories and get the tools necessary to investigate the paranormal. From there you’ll search for ghosts in abandoned mine cabins, destroyed buildings and an old cemetery.
